 Giving is Living Bible Institute Graduates 35 Students

GILBI Graduating set of August 2021

The Giving is living Bible institute (GILBI), a Bible school arm of Heal the World Movement has yet graduated 35 students in the just concluded two weeks intensive Bible school yesterday in Ota, Ogun state.

This edition, which made the third, had the second-largest attendance yet in the history of GIBLI, with several church workers willing to take the work of God and the works of Ministry to another level. The ambience for each of the days of classes was quite inspiring, with brilliant lecturers speaking and teaching from their experiences in life and ministry. You might probably know that one major focus of the Bible school is to bring students abreast with basic knowledge of Covenant practice, hence, the reason this certified course had the name CCP which translates as; Certificate in Covenant Practice.

In total, eleven courses were offered. Courses such as; Making Maximum Impact in Ministry, Succeeding in Life, Exploring God’s Word, The Person and Ministry of the Holy Spirit, Living by Faith, Developing a Lifestyle of Productive Prayers, Healthy Living, New Creation Realities, Developing Godly Character, Marriage and Family Life and Covenant Avenue for Kingdom Wealth.

Reacting to the outcome of this third edition of the Bible School, the Deputy Coordinator of the School, Dr Mobolaji Sodiya said.

This set is amazing in the following regards;

“They numbered thirty-five (35) of them and they are very eager to learn. This time around we had a lot of the younger generation. About eight or more Teenagers. We did not have this in other sets”.

“What stood out for me as Coordinator and Lecturer is their attentiveness during Lectures and the punctuality of many of them to the class despite the distance where they come from”.

“In the forthcoming editions, let us expect the very best that God will make happen such as enriching Training and Seminars, impactful Courses and Life Transforming Meetings. Let me use this medium to appreciate the following people: Daddy Tola Olukilede, Mummy Wumi Olukilede, Pastor Adenrele Adelu, the hardworking staff of the Mission and the entire board of the Heal the World Movement for their support and encouragement”.

I (I mean the writer of this blog post) was also privileged to have attended this edition and I can testify to the fact that the Bible school is a great extension of the study of God’s word and an incubation centre for Church leaders, workers and would-be stewards in the house of God.

According to the School’s calendar, another one or possibly two is meant to hold before the year runs out. Just as this edition has impacted many, you should be sure to expect a greater impact in subsequent editions of this school.
